This coming January 20 (Saturday) at 8:00pm, the Sun Symphony Orchestra with Music Director Olivier Ochanine present a really special concert featuring one of the most exciting baritones in the world, Vladislav Sulimsky, who joins for the Vietnam Premiere of the gorgeous Biblical Songs of Antonín Dvořák.

International Women’s Day may have just passed us by, but the Sun Symphony Orchestra and Maestro Olivier Ochanine keep the celebration going this coming March 22 with a very special concert of music by only women composers.

For the very first time in Vietnam, beloved composer Sergei Rachmaninoff’s very first symphony will be spotlighted this Saturday with the Sun Symphony Orchestra. The Symphony has in recent times become much more successful, and would probably have made its composer proud.

Explore with the Sun Symphony Orchestra as we look at some of the captivating works of Igor Stravinsky's middle period and and era of composition known as "Neoclassicism".

It's not every day that a world-renowned trumpeter the likes of Sergei Nakariakov comes to Hanoi! Here comes a very special collaboration of Nakariakov with Olivier Ochanine and the Sun Symphony Orchestra that will take place on August 16! Hummel's Trumpet Concerto in Eb Major will be performed, as well as the stirring Orchestra Suite No. 3 of Tchaikovsky, never before performed in Vietnam!

A rare and special collaboration is happening this coming September 29 as not one but TWO symphony orchestras perform on the stage of the Ho Guom Opera together!

This concert features 3 Divertimenti and a fun opener of Joplin rags arranged from brass quintet.
